Hilary St. Louis
About
Hilary St. Louis is a founding partner of Lancaster and St. Louis, PLLC. Practicing in Cabarrus, Stanly, and Rowan Counties, she concentrates her practice on family law.
With more than 15 years of experience, Hilary is known for providing compassionate and strategic advocacy tailored to the needs of each client. Hilary understands that family law cases are not just legal disputes, they are deeply personal transitions that impact finances, children, and long-term stability. Her goal is to ensure clients are informed, supported, and empowered during family law disputes. In addition to being an attorney advocating for her clients, she is a certified family financial mediator and also serves as a Parenting Coordinator. As a mediator, Hilary strives to facilitate resolution for families outside of the stressful court setting. As a Parenting Coordinator, Hilary is appointed by Judges to assist parents with reducing conflict and implement effective co-parenting arrangements in high-conflict custody matters. In her family law practice, her goal is to stabilize families and promote fair, reasonable outcomes, whether through negotiated resolution or litigation when necessary. Hilary also assists clients with estate planning, and is grateful for opportunities to help families plan for the unexpected.
Earlier in her career, Hilary worked at a large regional law firm in complex civil litigation, handled real estate closings for a solo practitioner, and advocated for school administrators in education lobbying. This diverse professional background strengthens her ability to develop practical, effective solutions for the legal challenges her clients face.
